American Leak Detection Sacramento

Every service we offer, in one place.

Eleven diagnostic and repair services, plus a free self-check guide. Organized by what you’re seeing, what system is failing, or who you are.

Overview

Leak detection starts with diagnosis. Before any wall, slab, or trench is opened, the goal is to understand where water is moving, which system is involved, and what repair path makes sense.

These pages walk through the work as it actually happens on a Sacramento job: what the visit looks like, what equipment we use, and what you should expect on the written report at the end. Pick the entry below that matches what you’re seeing or what you manage. If you’re not sure, the compass below the directory will point you to the right one.

Free first-pass checks you can run yourself.

Before any visit, there are a handful of diagnostics you can run with no tools and no appointment. They sharpen everything that comes after, and sometimes resolve the question on their own.

Not sure where to start

A short compass for picking the right page.

Most calls fall into one of three buckets. If you can answer the question that matches your situation, the rest of the page will be relevant. If two of these are true, start with the symptom. That’s almost always where the diagnostic begins.

Path 01Have you seen a symptom?A high bill, wet soil, a damp wall, a meter that keeps turning. The symptom is your starting point.By symptom →
Path 02Do you know the system? You can already say which system is involved: sewer, irrigation, pool, supply line. Skip diagnosis.By system →
Path 03Are you managing a property? You’re a manager, building owner, city, or district. Access, scheduling, and reporting work differently.By customer →
